Conference Overview

The Flourish 2026 Homeschool Conference is a two-day hybrid event highlighting inclusive, accessible, and diverse pathways to educational freedom. Families, edupreneurs, policymakers, and community leaders will gather for workshops, discussion panels, and an Exhibitor Hall of academic services. Anticipated attendance: 325+.

Sponsorship Levels

General Benefits for Gold, Silver, & Bronze Sponsorship Levels:

• Stage: Sponsor logo on rotating main session marquee
• Exhibit Hall: (1) Exhibit hall booth
• Print: Logo placement on the "Thank You to Sponsors" Page
• Online: (1) post per Facebook, Instagram, Twitter LinkedIn) & logo on website
• Marketing: Press Release and welcome bag
• Meal: (2) breakfast and lunch tickets 
 

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

Sponsorship/ Exhibitors benefits are given "as-is".

• Funding is due in full upon register or invoice due date, to secure the sponsorship benefits, reserve exhibitor's table, and advertising opportunities.

• GBHEN reserves the right to make reasonable changes to deadlines and event details as needed with advance notice to the Sponsor.

• Participation as a Sponsor (and as an exhibitor or advertiser) is by invitation and subject to approval by the GBHEN Board. GBHEN reserves the right to decline a sponsorship and return the Sponsor's funding if the Sponsor’s actions and language do not fit GBHEN's philosophy, mission, and objectives.

• All Sponsors’ funding is non-refundable except in the case of the GBHEN Board's decision to decline the sponsorship.

• Sponsor/ Exhibitor agrees to refrain from presenting material or making statements at the GBHEN event that are in conflict with GBHEN’s mission of promoting parent-directed educational freedom and preserving the freedom to home educate.

• Sponsor/ Exhibitor agrees to refrain from making derogatory comments about other forms of education and/or any other faiths.

• Sponsor/ Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Georgia Black Home Education Network, its Board of Directors, Convention Committee members, volunteers, and agents against all claims, losses, and damages to persons or property, governmental charges, or fines and attorneys’ fees arising out of or caused by exhibitor installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy, or use of the exhibition premises or a part thereof, excluding any such liability caused by the sole negligence of GBHEN or the conference facility

• The Sponsor/ Exhibitor acknowledges that neither GBHEN nor the conference facility maintains insurance covering the Sponsor’s property and that it is the sole responsibility of the Sponsor/ Exhibitor to obtain business interruption and/or property damage insurance covering such losses.

• Sponsor/ Exhibitor agrees to cross-promote their participation in the Flourish: 2025 Homeschool Conference through social media or via their subscriber list at least twice during the Convention pre-registration period using our convention hashtag (#flourish2025) and/or a link to our conference registration (http://www.georgiablackhomeeducators.org/flourish).
